  If you know ANYTHING about people skills or customer service, if you care about not being pressured, an undesired “sales pitch”, and just want someone to be honest with you, then PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE count on these guys at Discount Tire in/near Fort Mill.
  
  For 2 straight weekends, I’ve had to have tires replaced on 2 vehicles, and TIM has been a first class, five star, WONDERFUL help in the time of need. No matter the situation, he’s conversational, informative, knowledgeable, and gotten me in and out as fast as possible. For tires, he gave me 8, 9 different options, at most expensive $$$$ to least $$ & — wanted me to chose which was best for ME — not the other way around!
  
  Some places you go, want to take advantage, “make the sale”, and move on to the next person .. But Discount Tire simply does things the right way, and focuses on people, not just business.

  I just was there 3/07/2019 and customer service was great!
  Appointment time as promised was great! No waiting.
  
  Just recommend more seating! Other than that you guys rock!

  These guys are always amazing. They are fair, kind, respectful and honest. Best prices around with an unbeatable warranty. Customer service really is top notch!

  Discount Tire is just the best. My family and I won't take our cars anywhere else. Probably the best compliment I can pay them is that I really trust these guys. I recommend Discount Tire enthusiastically.
  
  Just like the dozens of times before, I was helped promptly, they diagnosed and showed me the problem, and they quoted quickly with a very competitive price. The tire wasn't in stock and had to be ordered, but it arrived the next day and they called me promptly as soon as it was in. Then they installed it professionally and promptly. Mike and Augustine were great.

  I've never been to a tire shop with such a high level of care and efficiency. Gary is awesome and under promised and over delivered. Discount Tire definitely lived up to its name as well.
