  Always a different work out and never is boring. I love the style of them telling me what to do because I would never dream up any of their combos on my own. Super helpful trainers.

  I've always HATED going to the gym, but I feel empowered at 9Round. The staff is VERY helpful and I love the workouts (never ever thought I'd say that). I've tried other interval training workouts, but nothing that I've loved as much as this. I look forward to my workout at the end of my workday and even voluntarily go on Friday's! I love the sense of community and the motivation that comes with the workout, too!

  This place is awesome. A great 30 minute high intensity work out with trainers helping and encouraging you the whole time. Highly recommended.
