“We come here semi frequently. During pandemic times we didn’t hold the restaurant to accountable for lack of staff and poor service. Tonight we were passing through. Let me tell you our waitress Lila was the best server we have ever had. Her and the staff have really stepped it up. Drink came super quick food was cooked to perfection and it was seriously the best experience I’ve had here. They never made me feel like just "another addict" they understood that we are all human and make mistakes and sometimes our mental health isn't at its best. They're very confidential and truly make you feel welcome and comfortable. The doctor actually wants to know about you and what you've been thru and are going thru she takes her time and listens and doesn't make you feel rushed or as though you're holding her up. Very welcoming place for anybody suffering from the disease of addiction, they give you the tools and resources necessary to break the vicious cycle of addiction and get/STAY sober. If it wasn't for them being the only place, out of like 10 that I had called, being willing/able to get me in the same day idk where I'd be right now.”

“Latitude 35 has been great so far. Only been going for about a week but made it to a variety of class times. The gym isn't huge, but it's a decent layout, decent equipment, clean, and seems well maintained. The programming has offered good challenges, most days seem to have a strength/skill part and then a metcon. Coaches and members are nice and seem happy to be there. They made it super easy to try it out and sign up. They were clear with what they have and what they offer. There are less classes offered during the day than some other gyms, so not as much flexibility if you don't have a consistent schedule. They also don't have showers if this is something you need.”

They're both comforting if I am worried about something and are excellent at staying in touch via the portal for any follow up needed. The front desk staff have always been wonderful too. I also have to mention how incredible Mohammed is! OH, and the ladies in the blood room (sorry for my terminology!). I feel extremely blessed to have found Courtney and her team. I know that any time I go to see her or message her, I will be well taken care of and she is so knowledgeable but still able to explain things to me in a way I understand them. “When I moved to SC I was nervous about finding a new gym since I had grown to love my previous gym. I didn’t think I’d be able to find another gym like it. While looking at gyms in the Fort Mill area, Snap Fitness stood out to me right away because it was so fresh, clean, quiet & small. It was already very different from my previous gym, but I think that is why I was so drawn to it. It’s not like other gyms, it’s really special. Nick was there the day I first walked in & introduced himself to me. He didn’t try selling the gym to me like some managers did at other gyms, he was simply kind & answered any of my questions. There was no pressure, just an invitation. I felt at home right away (which is great because I want the gym to feel like a second home). I love the genuine community feel at Snap Fitness. Natalia works at the desk & she is awesome! She always makes sure to greet me with a smile. The team here takes care of all the daily needs before you even make a note of it. I think it speaks to how much they care not just about their business but about their members, their people. They are aware of our needs before we speak them & are ready to take care of us right away. I’m really glad I decided to try something different from what I was used to because Snap in Fort Mill is the best! I’d give it 100 stars if I could. :]”
