This is just an amazing business !!! I went to ubreakeitIfixit and waited a few hours. When I picked my phone, up they had erased all my data and did a factory reset without consulting with me 1st. I felt violated as if someone was stealing my data not to mention I was charged $60 more than I paid at Smart Phone Repair. The owner of Smart Phone Repair was very friendly and courteous. It took him 5 minutes to replace a broken/ cracked screen ( the same issue I had when I went to youbreakitIfixit)..So if you need a Smart phone or electronic device repair please go see the owner at Smart Phone Repair tell him Paula sent you ! Quality Customer service is important to me and it should be to you too especially when you are spending your money for a good product or service.
