RockBox Fitness Riverwalk

RockBox Riverwalk is awesome! Everyone is so welcoming, both staff and members. Trainers are very encouraging and they push you to reach and exceed your goals. Every class is different, which makes it fun. I love the combination of boxing and functional training. I feel so energized and happy after every class!

I love the atmosphere at RockBox. Everyone is welcoming and you never feel out of place. All ranges of abilities, shapes and sizes are welcome. And in addition to having a killer workout you will have fun too. The trainers are lively and keep the class motivated. The first class is Free so it doesn’t hurt to try it.

The Rock Hill RockBox team is awesome. Everyone on the staff is very welcoming, as are the other members. The instructors are challenging but also VERY encouraging, which makes for a great workout experience.I had a spinal cord injury several years ago which limits my ability to do certain exercises, and Melissa and Jack are always good about finding alternates for me, which I really appreciate.All in all, great place to workout and highly recommended!

If you want social interaction, encouragement, and a feeling of a team vs. checking in at a desk, saying hello, then putting your ear buds in and just being in your head until you're done then this is the place for you! The trainers are great and help provide alternatives for each exercise to suit all levels of fitness and ability. I love working out again!

If you're like me and not feeling exceptionally motivated at your normal gym, and you're not seeing or feeling positive health changes, then RockBox is the place for you. The workouts are brutally amazing. The coaches are also. From beginner to pro, Melissa, Jack and Ali, will give you the encouragement needed to give 100% and the results you desire will soon follow. 50 minutes of intense strength and endurance training that includes both functional exercises and bag work amongst a group of super friendly folks makes for a great therapeutic and rewarding workout.
