My first phone call in, Jennifer was extremely nice and professional and answered all of my questions. She was very honest and gave me good recommendations for my personal needs. When I arrived for my appointment, Jennifer was waiting up front and welcomed me very energetically. She was very cheerful and made me feel very comfortable about the whole process.
