(March 16, 2019, 5:51 pm)First time stopping here, women behind the counter, younger lady was very polite and awesome. I even accidentally knocked down all the gift cards and she didn’t get mad or anything. Another young lady came and got our food once we finished our meal. Manager came by and checked on us also and was very polite. Awesome customer service and our food was out in last then 10mins.
(February 26, 2019, 8:04 am)My hubby introduced me to this wonderful place to eat! He eats there quit often when he goes on his lunch break. I fell in love with it. Very tasty and you can’t beat the price.
Also, started a diet doing the Dr Adkins!! Shane’s Rib Shack has the greatest menu do so!! The Tenders are my favorite with bake beans or green beans.
(February 19, 2019, 4:39 am)Love this place. It's clean. Great service great atmosphere and great food every time I go in and that is what is important the consistency. I have been there over 20 times and each time it has been a great experience.
(February 9, 2019, 8:04 pm)A rock solid restaurant. I've been here too many times to count and every trip is positive. The staff is always as friendly as they can be. The food always comes out fast. It's always clean. The food is always hot and tasty. Perfection. Kudos the the employees, management, and owners. (I am judging yall really hard for not having banana pudding though.... That's almost grounds for not being called a BBQ restaurant.)
(January 29, 2019, 9:03 pm)Very friendly staff. Cozy, warm dining area with sports on TVs. Family friendly. Had the All American burger which took longer to prepare, but was very tasty. Overall a nice atmosphere to have a meal.

I work two minutes from Shane's Rib Shack so I am there a lot during the week. I eat there about once a week, but usually more than that! The Big Dad sandwich is awesome, fries are pretty good, and the sweet tea is amazing. Staff is always friendly and the service is relatively quick, even on busy nights.
