Skinny Me Medical Weight Loss

In 2020 I lost 13 pounds in 30 days on the Healthier You program. Since then I have tried the Lipo-B injection that give me the energy I need to get through the school week.

I started about a month ago, and this has changed my life. I couldn't decide whether to chose HCG or Ozempic (semaglutide), but with some help I went with the semaglutide and the weight started falling off the first week. The staff is so kind and supportive. For once I'm excited about summer shorts and pool days!

I have lost 6 pounds in 4 days of meeting with Nancy. Nancy and her team are amazing. They provide all the resources you need including pictures of all of the approved food items which are abundant! It is so manageable, and all it takes is going to the store to find the items. I highly recommend if you want to lose weight and not think twice about it. Nancy is lovely, and gives her personal phone number to reach her at any time.

I initially went to Skinny Me to lose weight. I will say that when you have your appointment for the weight loss, the doctor (can't remember his name) is very scripted and has no personality. But the diet works. It's more of a lifestyle and even when I cheat on occasion, I can lose it back in a day or so. I've been maintaining now for over two years. I did the healthier me plan and it works. I only took half the phentermine because it makes my heart race but on the plus side made me extremely thirsty so I drank a lot of water. I never followed the plan to a "T" but still lost weight. They would text me once in a while and ask how I was doing on the plan. Any time I had a question about what I could eat, I texted and someone always texted me back. AND THEN I found out that they do other things too so I had some things done with Nancy and she is fabulous. I previously went to a doctor for these "things" and was very disappointed but Nancy is wonderful and I am very happy with my results. I can't say enough good things about Nancy. Her work is incredible!

I started back in September at 185 and just finished at 155. I could have honestly lost more weight within the time period but I didn’t want to get to small so I ate a little more at times. This place is amazing and it’s really a lifestyle Change none of this is temporary. I say that because the meal plans you can use for life. I will never eat like I use to or cook with certain seasons, oils, fats. If you don’t lose weight doing this program it’s because you simple didn’t try.
