I am one of the project managers here and we fabricate any and everything we can in house avoiding outsourcing if at all possible. We just moved into a new, larger facility with even more fabrication space allowing us to further minimize outsourcing while maintaining efficiency. “Bilo usually has the shelves stocked. It's clean and the bathrooms are usually clean too. My kids love coming to the bakery to see if they have free cookies. Beware though they don't always have them. I buy almost all my meat here. They usually have a great deals on things. I love the rewards program and have been able to fill my car up fairly cheap”
