On my first appointment Steve gave me a hearing test and provided the information indicating my hearing loss and that I would need hearing aids. He allowed me to use a set of hearing aids for a couple of weeks before I made my purchase so that I would test the hearing aids he would provide. This really helped me make my decision. Steve made the processes of the testing, usage of hearing aids and the purchase of the new hearing aids so easy that I was very impressed. Steve is a person of honesty, integrity and provides terrific service for all my needs with these aids.
