“I can’t say enough wonderful things about this company and Mr. Woods himself. We are new to the Mount Olive area. We recently discovered we had collapsed drain pipes (cast iron) in our one bathroom house and couldn’t use our bathroom. We went weeks having all of these people out trying to figure out what was wrong and what cost would be. I am SO glad I called Woods Septic. Mr. Woods came by very quickly to look at the issue and give me a incredibly fair estimate. He didn’t try to overcharge me and was very good about explaining everything. He was able to come out two days later and fix everything for us. Everyone is so pleasant and I will forever use them for my septic tank. Thank you guys so much for giving us back our bathroom and being so reasonable with pricing. It’s scary when your house is messing up and I feel like they made the situation SO much easier. I’ve told everyone I know about them!”

“We stayed here when I was in town to visit my friend. Their handicapped accessible room was much better than most. They had 2 beds available. That is very helpful as I was traveling with my son. A lot of hotels only offer a king room and almost no one has roll away beds anymore, so that makes trips very difficult. The beds were a little high, but there was clearance underneath, so I could be put in bed with the lift. I was very impressed with their shower situation. It was a big shower, with a solid shower chair in it. I have been sent to "handicapped accessible" rooms with a piece of plastic over a tub as your "bench". In my opinion tubs all together should be dropped as a handicapped accessible alternative. It is helpful for wheelchair bound individuals. A lot of people that are not wheelchair bound have very limited mobility. Why make it harder. We have enough to deal with. We got here later than I would have liked, so we didn't get to do the pool, but they did have a pool lift. Anything that makes handicapped people feel comfortable is a helpful plus. Life is hard enough.”
