“Needed DOT Physical. All in all a good experience. I recommend this place to other drivers. I arrived the day before at 3:30/4 PM and was advised they'd not get to me with the wait, (they estimated a 3 hr wait). But they gave me the paper to pre-fill and return the next day - which was good, appreciated it. I got there right at opening (7 AM), and have them the completed form, license & payment. Got a link on my phone to complete the forms needed. They took me back right after I completed my forms - maybe 10 minutes or so. They knocked out my height & weight, bp, urine, vision quickly and efficiently. The nurse was very professional, patient, and kind. I was escorted to the patient room, and waited for the doctor for 10 minutes. Went over my forms and history, range of motion, vitals, and I was out with my DOT Med Card in hand. Total it was about an hour between arrival and exit. 👍”

“We dined here because of an event for my daughter’s sports team. It had been over 10 years since I have eaten here. I decided to eat from the hot and salad bar to better control my portions since it was late. There were a lot of southern food choices on the bar, mashed potatoes, rice, gravy, yams, green beans, tilapia, fried chicken, meat loaf and more. The salad bar didn’t have much on it but I was still able to make a good appetizer salad. The food I got from the hot bar was good. The staff was very friendly and nice. The store was clean. My daughter ordered a burger and fries. It looked plain but she said it was good. A couple in front of us ordered chicken livers but after checking with the kitchen was told the livers were bad and couldn’t be served. I was disappointed for him because I love chicken livers. The 4 stars is due to the bad livers. Other than that, I have no complaints. Even though I didn’t eat much, I don’t plan to return anytime soon because I’m not a fan of buffets and I wasn’t really thrilled with the menu options.”

Their floor plan resembles a small department store. Checking through the well stocked isles I found beautiful curtains, baskets and women tee-shirts! “This was my first time coming to Vanesa. I had the same hairdresser for the last 20 years prior to relocating here two years ago. I have bi-racial hair and not just anyone can do my type of hair. I tried one other salon last year and I wasn't happy with the outcome so I have been putting off trying another salon. I made an appointment and Vanesa was able to take me right away. “My 10th grader (son) came to us toward the end of his 9th grade year and wanted to get info on this new “Charter “ school in Rock Hill. We did some research and after speaking with the principal, we as a family decided to give it shot. We are quickly approaching winter break and I have to say that he loves the classes, the teachers are engaged and the athletic staff is top notch ! We are in a temporary building and the football season was difficult (lots of travel and tons of misinformation from some naysayers) but when asked if we would do it again the answer is 100% yes. #LegionLancers Misinformation Legion is not a private school ! It’s public and doesn’t cost any extra to attend . Charter schools recruit players from local teams. FALSE !! Coaches and staff of the school are not allowed to recruit and fall under the same SCHSL rules as every other school. Legion is only for athletes. FALSE Legion is for any and all students athletes or not . All of our athletes were kicked off of their original sports team and we are a “Last Chance U” for high school sports . FALSE ! Most of the athletes at legion were starters and in good educational standings before they transferred. The students wanted a school that was smaller, safe and provided a unique curriculum with dual enrollment opportunities for athletes and students. With the backing of Erskine Collage all of the students that graduate form any SC charter school will be given a one hundred thousand dollar scholarship to attend Erskine. Combined with the dual enrollment most of these kids will have 2 full years of collage completed in high school and a free collage education waiting at graduation. TRUE”
