Needless to say I have anxiety about going to the dentist now. Dr Pooja and her assistant were so understanding. I started to panic during my appointment today. And they are the Sweetest ladies. “Great experience. I woke up this morning terrified! I hate having dental work! I was scheduled for my very first, and hopefully last root canal! “My father was seen at Friendly Dental in Rock Hill for a consultation, deep cleaning and also treatment. His deep cleaning went wonderfully! The hygienist that attended him was super friendly! Dr. Castillo is amazing at her job. She was very thorough with her exam, she went over his hygiene, his treatment plan and communicated very well with him. He had a root canal done by her as well and ever since it was done, the tooth has not bothered him at all! 10/10 recommend!! She takes her time providing excellent care. She also speaks Spanish which is a huge plus!!!”

“Today was my first visit in the office. It was fantastic! My day started with C, their front desk and all things financial Guru. She was extremely pleasant and very helpful when discussing my pricing options toward the end of my visit. I saw Juanny, the Dental Assistant, and she was so great! We joked with each other a bit and I could really relate to her and she made a very uncomfortable visit, comfortable and enjoyable. She is true asset to this practice. Then Dr. Swain walked in...she was absolutely fantastic! I didn't once feel like I was talking to a typical "stuffy" dentist. She was down-to-earth and extremely friendly. She explained everything perfectly and I feel like she truly has my best interest at heart. I went somewhere else last year and they quoted me 4X the price the Dr. Swain quoted me today and it was not an enjoyable experience AT ALL. I can't recommend them enough for their friendliness, hospitality, and knowledge in my dental care. They truly care about you and your well being instead of just their bottom line.
