“The staff here are amazing! They are always friendly and helpful, but not invasive. The food is high quality, and the store is well kept. They have lots of sales, but no loyalty cards. They have a self-checkout option, but there are also cashiers available at all times. If you go during the day through a register (not self-checkout) they will offer to take your groceries out and load them in your car for no additional charge. And they usually give you a coupon that you can use the next time you come in.”

“I had an interesting experience recently at this Wal-mart. When I arrived with my sons (9 and 1) I stopped at the service desk to take back a couple of items. The lady that helped me was very courteous, and my son pointed out that she and I have the same 1st name, Jennifer. I told her I needed to pick up a birthday cake I had ordered, so she told me to look for an employee around the bakery or produce department. We first went to the bakery, but there were no employees in sight. In produce there was a lady cleaning up a big spill of berries on the floor. I asked her if she could help me whenever she finished, but she said she was just clean-up crew. Then I saw an employee come out of the back supply area, so I asked him if he could help me. He said that isn't what he does. He pointed at an employee who was putting away returned items well past the produce department. It was Jennifer from customer service. I walked over to her and told her what was going on, so she radio requested assistance for me. However, no one responded. So she pushed 2 carts full of items all the way to the bakery in order to help me get my cake - even though that wasn't really her job either. I don't know her last name, and I know there are a lot of Jennifers there, but I wanted to say thank you to the Jennifer in customer service who helped me get my cake a couple of weeks ago. She deserves a bonus.”

In my experience the staff has always been super friendly and enough are working registers so that there is never too long of a wait to get checked out. The smaller selection of the Neighborhood Market can be tricky at times if you are looking for something specific. However, if you are doing general grocery shopping here it is a fantastic little stop.”
