He adjusted his schedule to get out to my home the next morning. He took care of the problem and explained each step. He is honest and guarantees his work. I would recommend his services to anyone looking for an exterminator.
I highly recommend Derek 100% to anyone.

I also have one on one with Dept of Agriculture and now a bug man at the Apts after selling our home of 22 yrs . I sent him a video and on the spot he told what they were process of elimination and without CHARGING me ! WHO does this ! Do for that reason alone he will be the only professional I go to from now on . He has my respect and my business ! No exceptions! Thank you Derrick knowledge is power 👍

He took the time to explain the process, and what to expect. The spiders are alleviated, and I can now sleep comfortably. He is the best pest control technician I have ever encountered. I rate him 5 stars, I would give 10 if Google would allow. I highly recommend this company as his expertise cannot be outmatched. Best pest control company.
(January 23, 2021, 2:23 pm)I found a suspicious bug in my bed and was so worried I called at 6:45 in the morning! I was surprised when someone actually answered! Not only that, but Deric had me send a picture to him and eased all my worries that the bug was harmless! I was beyond impressed with his responsiveness and even more his kindness. I would recommend him highly!
