(July 10, 2022, 10:09 am)We were staying in Nashville for a few nights while on a motorcycle trip. We were looking for somewhere to ride while we had a few free hours. In google maps, I zoomed out from the tiny house Airbnb that we were staying in until I saw a large green area. We needed something to navigate to so I select O’Brien’s General Store. What a neat find. I enjoyed looking around the store and talking to the clerk. We spoke to the kind lady who was just arriving to open the bbq shack on the property. Just before we left another rider, a local, gave us some advice on where to ride in the area. I am so glad that we stopped here.

The gas pumps were out of order, and the card machine didn't work. We weren't able to use the restrooms either.
But thank the lord for sending us someone who could give us directions! -

(February 3, 2022, 1:57 am)My son and I were visiting from Colorado in August when we got a flat tire and didn't have any change for the air. I was so grateful the gentleman running the store gave me the money for air. I can definitely see why he wants to move to Ashland city TN. Loved also a lunch at Obrien Southern Diner. Definitely will be taking another trip out to Tennessee.

O'Brien's General Store in Ashland City opened last month as a business response to the pandemic by the Beasley family. The owners are husband and wife Chris and Candice Beasley and their sons Chase Beasley and Peyton Ownby. The 1,500-square-foot building houses a convenience store and gas station.
