She explained thing to us as well as grandma in ways for all of us to understand and grandma still always felt in charge. “Dr. Ray and his staff are always very helpful in solving any dental problem large or small. They will get you in to see the dentist or dental hygienist pronto or at a convenient time. They will work with the insurance company for you and have very reasonable costs. And very importantly they will not do work that is not needed and not necessary that creates unnecessary costs”

“What a great hotel experience. Our room was clean and cozy, the staff was polite and helpful, and the breakfast provided was great. I liked that they switched up the menu so we didn't have exactly the same thing for our three day stay. The fitness center was clean with nice equipment. Pool is small and there's no hot tub but does the trick. Oh they also have complimentary soft fresh cookies at the counter throughout the day. This is a safe booking, they'll take good care of you!”

“Loved our stay here. - Rooms are clean - Sliding door to toilet area - Shower has no sliding door however has frosted window. If you don't turn the light on in the shower itself (turn hall way light on) you can't see in the shower. Also, shouldn't share a room with someone you don't trust not to look - there are plugs everywhere including night stands. It's on the side of the night stand itself. - it was super quiet - AC was not loud as others have stated. It's a regular noise just as any other hotel I've stayed in - Staff was friendly, no issues with any of them”

“My sister is new to Vantage Pointe Village, but her first 30 days have been wonderful. The staff has made every effort to accommodate her needs and make her feel welcome. She requires a great deal of assistance, and the PA's response times have been very good. Her room is clean and neat, as is the rest of the facility. She enjoys the food and the activities, especially her weekly shopping trips. Meds are being dispensed on schedule. She has made friends with other residents, and loves taking her power chair outside for some fresh air. We are very pleased we chose Vantage Pointe Village.”
