Only one guy working but the kid knows his stuff

My daughter and I were traveling across Tennessee onto Georgia when we starting to experience a car issue. We immediately found this O'Reillys and Randy and Austin were not only incredibly kind...they were able to fix my issue and reassure us that we were safe to continue our drive. They were gracious, quick, thorough, and effective. I thought we were going to be stranded until I could find a repair and realized although it could have turned out to be a disaster... we were able to safely reach our destination.

Today, I became a loyal O'Reilly auto parts only customer!

I went and bought a battery today. Without being asked, the asst. manager offered to put it in for me. The job ended up being more complicated than he anticipated because of some corrosion on the terminal. He worked so hard and gave it his all, really like it was his own car. He could have easily given up and said it was more than he'd bargained for, but he went the extra mile and finished the job. I was so appreciative of his hard work, competence, and willingness to help me out.

Very helpful associate. As soon as I entered the building he asked what I was looking for and immediately referred me to the aisle I needed. Their kindness was rare nowadays. Thank you!

I could not have received better customer service from Austin and TJ. They took an “at a loss” situation of stripped lugs and a deep laceration on my tire and went above and beyond to figure out a way for me to be able to get back on the road. They could have simply thrown up their hands and said to call a tow truck, but their tenacity and willingness to get hands on for me home, back to work the next day, and able to take my truck to the tire shop. It feels good to know other folks and companies provide Five Star service. Thank you both so much!
