From making my first appointment,to first walking in the door,and leaving,Dr Rachel,and a few of her staff that worked with me,such as,Eve,Raymond,Hayley,all were so professional,caring,and just really made me feel so comfortable,like we were family,I will be continuing going,I've found my perfect dentist office,,,Highland Family Dental is like Family! Absolutely great experience! Entire staff was extremely helpful and guided me through each and every step of what was being done and what needed to be done. Not a big fan of going to the Dentist but everybody there was very polite and friendly and made my visit much more relaxing than initially expected. Highly recommend Highland Family Dental!

Dr. Carlson and her staff make your experience of going to the dentist very relaxing. The facility is beautiful and the minute you walk in they make you feel welcome. If you are looking for a dentist, I would highly recommend Dr.Carlson.

You should schedule your appointment NOW with them! They have the best customer service and do an excellent job explaining things! Eve was my hygienist and Angel the receptionist that took my payment really made the experience, not to include the dentist Rachel! 🖤 Also the place is clean and looks like an HGTV dentist, so friendly and cute! I walked away happy with my dentist visit. You read that correctly, I truly look forward to my next appointment!

I had an emergency with my front tooth crown completely falling off in pieces. I hadn’t ever been to them but they got me right in and put a temporary crown on the same day! They saved my day and they were so reassuring and helped me not be so anxious! I’m a very happy new customer!!!
