We had had a poor experience but they reached out to us to make it right after I left my review. They took accountability and were a class act. I'll give them another shot!

This team is fantastic. I messed up my own order and they very graciously came to my house, picked up the (wrong) order and came back a few minutes later with what I actually wanted. No extra charge, no questions asked. Now that is great customer service! Love these guys!

First time to use their service! My rating is solely on their phone customer service which was wonderful! My order has a future scheduled delivery but if delivery is anything like their customer service, I will be VERY pleased. They were very accommodating and website is easy to use!!

So happy to have found ND! We're in Nolensville where no one delivers EXCEPT Nashville Delivers! Tried them out to get our favorite pizza - and sure, it took over an hour, but they were very transparent about the timing so not an issue. Also, since Google Maps doesn't work for our address, it was really nice that the driver called to ask where we were. I ordered a $ customization for my salad, and even though the restaurant got it wrong, when I contacted ND about it, they responded the next day - and not only credited the $ but also the delivery fee. I was impressed and will definitely be using them again!
