I want to tell you about this branch , Gina and her staff are awesome . I had been with State Farm since I was 18, I moved to Nashville in 2005. My agent recommended this branch . Upon entering the door , I felt like I was family and welcomed by all staff, but one lady in particular named Lisa Taylor is absolutely wonderful . She is so helpful and always leads me in the right direction . She is always available and professional with all your insurance needs She goes over and beyond to help you . I have my home, life insurance, three vehicles and children and grandchildren life insurance polices. would highly recommend Lisa for all your insurance needs . I give them a 5***** in every aspect . State Farm is the Best
I never write google reviews but I feel like this was necessary after getting off the phone with Lisa Taylor - I emailed her the day before telling her what I needed and by the time I had time to give her a call back today, she had already taken care of anything! She went above and beyond to make sure that I wast taken care of and all of my questions were answered. Getting insurance situated is not always fun, but Lisa made this a seamless and pleasant experience!

Why do I love this office? Because of the professional, friendly, knowledgeable staff. I just got off the phone with Lisa, and I will tell you right now that you could replace her physically, but never replace her helpfulness, friendliness, and professional demeanor. I actually look forward to calling their office. I don’t care about whether State Farm is more or less than any other insurance company. They have my well being in mind at all times.
