Kids Foot Locker

I use this store because it's the closest one to where I live. I've never been disappointed because of there great customer service team I usually keep waiting until I see Samantha and have her to to all the things that I can't finish doing. She's just a great costumer representative, so knowledgeable and help full. I can't thank you guys enough for saving my time every time I come to this store.

I stopped at this autozone because I was having some sort of problem with my battery or the connections/electrical stuff. I was about to purchase a battery to see if that fixed my problem when a manager named Samantha came over and offered to help me. Instantly, and in less than 5 minutes time somehow, Samantha cleaned the terminals/connections and re-wired a bad connection/post for me. I was literally in awww and amazed at how knowledgeable and talented this young lady was with cars and her job. To top it off she was so polite and professional in all aspects. I recommend you put Samantha in charge of training your employees worldwide lol. I will definitely be coming back to this location if I need anything or run into anymore problems.

Rhonda was fantastic. She went out of her way to pop the hood of my car, explain where I can find information under the hood such as cylinder size, how to check oil levels, and how to add things such as coolant and power steering fluid. She was knowledgeable and kind. Would recommend this location to a friend!

Great service and shoes for kids

I was in desperate need of a certain shoe that just came out and everyone was sold out, I called Kids Foot Locker @ Rivergate Mall and talked to one of their associates, he confirmed they had the shoe but I had a hour long drive to make it there, he told me he would hold the shoes aside for me and I couldn't be more appreciative. Thank you guys - even when I arrived they were all upbeat and friendly and smiles. I appreciate your strive in excellence to make a customer and a little girl happy. 100% 5 Stars - I would have given more if I could.
