Big Shake's Nashville Hot Chicken

This very clean and inviting restaurant has great tasting, well spiced chicken and fish. The food is not greasy at all and seasoned perfectly. They have a variety of tasty heat levels. The staff is VERY helpful, professional, and welcoming. I also want to mention that the sides are the bomb! We dine in each time we visit Nashville. I hope this place opens more locations throughout Nashville. Quality indeed!

I ate at this restaurant for the 1st time yesterday. The food was phenomenal! Everything is cooked to order to ensure it was hot and fresh. The Mac and cheese was to die for. I went back today for more Mac and cheese but they were closed because it was Sunday. I can't wait to try the other things on the menu.

Glad we came from Illinois and tried this delicious casual service spot. Had the BBQ shrimp burger and tenders (stop drop and roll) as entrees.
We really enjoyed the delicious shrimp burger. I could have eaten the patty by itself to isolate the flavor.
The stop drop and roll tenders were perfectly cooked - super spicy for my sister but mild to me.
Fries and Mac & cheese were top notch. I liked the white beans! I couldn’t finish them with a full entree though, I would order the white beans alone or with another side as a meatless meal.

Lunch today was excellent. The service was really top notch. The speed to get fresh food was fine. The chicken is delicious (even if I should have tried the hottest seasoning). Overall, I really had a great experience at Big Shakes and the girl working the counter at the Rivergate store did a great job. I was impressed and will definitely be back. I need to try all of the sides after all!
