  My husband and I went in to the Madison store looking for a new living room and bedroom set, along with a new mattress. Kevin was our salesperson and was fantastic. He was knowledgeable about the products and was able to answer all of our questions. He went above and beyond to make sure that I was able to take advantage of a store credit that they were having trouble processing while I was in the store. He continued to work on this the following day to make sure it was taken care of. Very appreciative of his commitment to a high level of customer service. Highly recommend.

  My sales rep was Kevin, he was beyond helpful and extremely polite and courteous. Look forward to doing business with him again when I come back to purchase more furniture. You should give him a raise because he say amazing salesman and gentlemen.

  Rosemary White was amazing. She took her time and was able to juggle several customers at once. She left us to look as long as we needed to. And, at the same time was there to answer every question quickly and courteously. I don’t know about the other customers (and they looked like they were leaving happy), but I felt like she was actively listening to my needs. I have been at this location before making major purchases. And this time, I felt calm and at ease. It was actually a pleasant experience. Thank you, Ma’am for you superb service, focus and diligence. We are happy with our new living room suit ?

  The sales associates here are amazing!! Specifically Rick he was beyond helpful and guided us through several pieces we were considering. He also recommended a warranty and some other extras but was never pushy just informative of the benefits of the upgrades. He was so kind and patient and made are experience so easy. Highly recommend Rick and his great customer service.

  Michelle was my sales lady...she was very professional and wasn’t pushy! She allowed me time to browse without running up on me but was very helpful answering all my questions!
