Our dog got a piece of mulch stuck in the skin between his paw pads and it really hurt him when we tried to pull it out so we took him in. They were able to take care of it quickly and didn’t even charge us which is unheard of for an ER visit. We understand that’s not the norm, but they recognized it was a simple procedure and we appreciate their service and honesty!
My German Shepherd had her first ER visit today: extreme allergies and obsessive licking created a painful infection that I didn't feel could wait a few days for her regular vet. We saw Dr. Williams and had the absolute best experience. Even though COVID precautions kept me outside (which actually was better for my nervous dog), BluePearl was one of the most informative and helpful vet appointments I've experienced and would highly recommend to any worried animal parent.
Brought my sweet cat in for an emergency checkup when he was clearly struggling to urinate and in pain. The staff was calm and understanding and took great care of him. Dr. Smith sent me home with the information and medication that got my cat on the road to a pain-free recovery.
As for pricing, they were very upfront about what it would cost, which I appreciated, and it was actually less expensive than I had anticipated on my drive over.
