this is is a very nice community, it's quiet and clean . Maintenance is stat 24/7 , and the parking lot is cleaned every morning . That's my biggest things with apartment complexes , clean environment. The office ladies are wonderful and beyond helpful. You won't regret moving here

My experience with Preakness apartments has been good. Staff are prompt to resolve resident issue. I want to give kudos to team member Ms. Raven Bernard. She is very caring of the residents. She is very knowledgeable of assistance that resident may need. Definitely cares for residents. Very kind individual. I am glad she's here
