(March 15, 2019, 4:20 pm)I had to replace my roof shingles due to wind damage. I have solar panels which cost a lot of money to remove and reinstall after roof replacement. I feel Allstate was fair in their assessment of all costs involved. I was impressed by the attention and concern everyone from Allstate to process my claim. I highly recommend Hilton Horne and Allstate for their service.
(February 20, 2019, 9:51 pm)I am a customer of Allstate Ins. and Hilton Horne is my agent. Mr. Horne has always been there to take care of my every auto need, so much so, that I switched my homeowners policy to Allstate at the earliest chance I had.
Recently I was in an auto accident with the result that my car was totaled. I called Hilton immediately, and while I was on the phone with him, he connected me to an accident support group. I was able to send a quick photo claim to get the process started. It was evident that the damage was more substantial than the photos were able to show, and within a day, an adjuster was on the scene. After he reported that my car was totaled, an adjustment was made to the payment based on a fair market value of the car, and I was able to get a more than satisfactory replacement car within a week. Tomorrow I will be putting it under a policy with Allstate.

(June 24, 2018, 1:09 am)Just a quick story I had State Farm four years had one accident and they went up on my rates $150 a month. So I called Allstate and Hilton took care of me. He saved me $100 on car insurance Plus gave me a great deal on homeowners insurance. Glad I switched!
