I can only speak about my Nashville terminal, but it's the first trucking job I've ever had where I felt properly compensated and truly appreciated.
The terminal manager is a great guy, the dispatchers are helpful and friendly, and the break room is full of hilarious drivers to chat with.
Great benefits, always getting raises and bonuses, they're super flexible with working around your requested days off and leaving early. Just complete respect and liberty as a professional.
