Took bike in to get repairs. Ended up taking to repair guy (Eric) about bikes for 45 minutes. Super knowledgeable, super friendly, no pressure of any kind. Also, guy who checked me in (Dimitri???) looked at bike, told me everything that could use work, talked me through how to avoid huge charges, and now bike rides perfectly. I spent a good amount of money ($150), but feel like it could have been a lot worse if the guys weren’t so good at what they do.

Quite pleased with the shopping experience here and the store should meet the needs of many. Manager, Eric, has excellent customer service skills and extreme knowledge about bikes. Great recommendations with no pressure. He and the staff are attentive and helpful. Definitely recommend Erik's.

Eric O was amazing! Super honest, knowledgeable and most importantly not pushy for a sale at all! I came in looking for an entry level e bike, and walked out with the bike of my dreams after Eric's patience and my multiple test rides. He made sure to find the best bike for me and my family and we will definitely be going back for kids bikes, service and more in the future.

I am a new resident of Highland Park / Deerfield area and I found Erik’s while looking for a local shop for a tune-up on my downhill bike.

-Erik’s was easy to locate on a main road with plenty of parking in back of the store.
-The parts and tools in the service area are well-organized and the shop is overall very tidy.
-Technicians were professional during drop-off, prompt with repairs, and let me know when the bike was ready for pick-up.

This funeral home is absolutely wonderful! They made it so easy for my family and I during the loss of my dear father. Special shoutout to Ms Brooks!
