Dyson Service Center

I came in to the Dyson Service Center on 12/26 for H2 errors on my 2 Dyson hot + cool devices. I spoke with Connor and he was fantastic!!!! Very friendly, knowledgeable, transparent, but a great person! Based on my experience with him, I’m recommending the Dyson Service Center and Dyson products!! You are awesome Connor!!

Great place! I was in and out in about 10 minutes, and the repairman was very nice. Sorry I did not get his name.

Yes yes yes, in the parking lot writing the review. This is an excellent place to keep your Dyson going, highly recommended. Took care of my vacuum and watched how they dealt with another customer and they too were just as happy as I was. This makes buying a Dyson worth it

I had no idea Dyson had service centers like this, but I sure am glad I found this one! I had an older, cordless Dyson vacuum that needed repair and the two guys there were very friendly and communicative (I didn’t catch their names). They answered all of my questions and were able to fix the problem same-day. It was a little bit outside of Nashville, but definitely worth the drive if you’re in surrounding areas and need a Dyson product repaired. I will certainly be back for future repairs!

I brought in my old Dyson that had lost suction. Connor debugged it right in front of me and quickly found the problem. He was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, and even showed me how to clean it and maintain it better in the future. I can’t recommend Connor at this store enough!
