Premier Radiology

I have never been to this location as a patient, but I give them five stars for excellent customer experience. I actually came into the office in advertently looking for another doctors office in the building and in the process left my wallet in this office. Declined staff members found my wallet and tracked me down to the floor of the provider that I was looking for directions from them. This speaks volumes about the culture and trust of your staff members at this location. Well I have had poor experiences at other Premier radiology locations in Nashville, this gives me reason to believe that there are still good people out there.

I’ve been to White Bridge several times and found the service was slower than expected and in some cases not as pleasant. Most recently the X-ray system was not working so I had to reschedule. We rescheduled at Bellevue and was pleasantly surprised. Pleasant folk, efficient service and they kept the flow going.

I have been at this location twice in the last couple of months. Both times these folks impressed me with their efficiency & professionalism. Wait times are short, as well. So pleased to have them as an option. Happy to learn that they also do screening mammograms.
