(January 7, 2016, 11:39 am)Small classes with authentic practice complete with friendly staff for a personal experience. Every level of yoga is welcome and many styles are taught. Every instructor I've encountered has been very well trained in the art of yoga, you will not find instructors who are trainers that picked up yoga as part of their fitness routine.
