Brighton Valley Apartments

Mrs. Kadie always goes above and beyond! It is because of her I've decided to renew my lease again. This was my very first apartment by myself in Nashville and it's been a wonderful experience. Maintenance especially Cliff and Mr. Mike, they are the best!!!! Thanks Brighton Valley!!!

It’s a safe place with great service and a great community. We’ve been here since 2010 and it’s been a great place for my family. The maintenance is great and I’ve had a great time here. The neighbors are awesome and friendly and we really are enjoying it here.

Very happy with my stay for 2 years in This amazing community everything is very good from the staff to the neighbors everything is nice . Very safe for children and very clean inside and outside.

My fiance and I have lived here for 2 months now and have had a great experience! The staff and residents are all extremely friendly and everyone waves to each other throughout the complex. The 2 bed, 1.5 bath townhouse we are in is very nice and spacious. It's been newly renovated and is really good in quality. The staff and maintenance people are fast to fix any problems and the groundskeepers keep the complex clean and pretty. The complex will bring in food trucks usually once a month and make it an event which is really fun and a great way to meet others in the community. The outdoor pool is perfect and they have a great, small gym as well. Highly recommend for anyone looking to live in a nice quiet community.
