Favorite new breakfast spot in Nashville. It can be difficult to find a convenient breakfast place when heading out of town. This place is just a few miles out from downtown, they have plenty of parking and room to wait for a short time indoors. Service is expedient but very friendly so tables are turned quickly. The food was so good! We had French toast and a biscuit sandwich but every dish we saw looked delicious so I know we will be back to try more things!
Not bad for a breakfast.
I had 2 biscuit sandwiches for breakfast. One was their biscuit with 2 eggs and cheese. The other was the fried dill chicken with cheddar on a biscuit.
First off, for the price, the egg biscuit sandwich is MUCH smaller, so that’s why the price is only $4.50. For the size and price, I’d definitely go with the chicken biscuits in the future.
The staff is friendly and the food was delicious. For free, I customized the egg biscuit sandwich for free (fried eggs, goat cheese). It was very tasty, but again, small.
The chicken biscuit was nicely fried and very tasty.
Ask for their special hot sauce! It isn’t hot at all, but it has a very tart and tasty flavor (very reminiscent of Spanish spices). They also have blueberry and apricot jams in bottles on the table that was amazing to dip your biscuits into!
For $20 I had 2 biscuit sandwiches and a coffee and was very satisfied.
Excellent breakfast. Finally a breakfast place in Nashville that has great biscuits and great gravy to go with it. The Avocado toast was wonderful. The sausage had a good taste with just enough spice to enhance the flavor. Sunnyside up eggs were cooked just right, white firm, not over cooked and the yoke still runny. The bottoms were not scorched like most places I have had eggs at lately.
The food was delicious. Everything I was looking for in a breakfast spot. I highly recommend the grits as a side. The house got sauce is oh so good. They are the best I’ve found in Nashville and I was born and raised here. Most importantly the last few times we have been out to eat service has been very poor. The service here was amazing we had 2 servers checking on us. As a food industry person it was so nice having servers want to wait on us instead feeling like we were bothering them.
First time here, definitely not the last. Loved the food, the service, and the atmosphere. Our hostess Katrina and our server Liz we're prompt, courteous, and attentive.
The dishes were cooked fresh, served hot, and quite tasty. I had the breakfast crumble plate and my wife tried the cathead chicken biscuit. I did not have to add anything, though upon recommendation we sampled the house hot sauce. Yummy with roasted jalapenos and local honey among the ingredients. We're taking some of that home.
We'll be back!!
"Visiting Nashville and stopped here for quick dinner and drinks. Had the falafel burger with fries and a sweet tea." Reported By Iwaspoisoned.com User. Big Bad Breakfast-Nashville, Charlotte Avenue, Nashville, TN, USA. Report Type: Poisoned.
