Valerie was very sweet and caring to my brother and I during our time of need. Neither one of us had dealt with a situation like this before, so having her there to to walk us through the process was a relief. I would highly recommend the services here. Really Oughta get 10 stars because they were that good. My Mom passed suddenly and I didn't have a plan in place... I called (at 2am) and They were calm, helpful and professional. Literally took care of everything, promptly and professionally. I was exhausted and stressed out (obviously) BUT Nathaniel made sure everything got taken care of AND it was really affordable.

I couldn’t have prayed for an easier process for a difficult situation. Nathaniel was so professional, empathic and helpful. He is a man of his word. I live in Virginia and my veteran dad unexpectedly passed away in Tennessee. Nathaniel made sure everything was taken care of and even had the forethought to suggest an upgraded container when I could not, specifically, voice what I was thinking.
