Melissa is our hero! I had to start using a very expensive drug. The $480 per month created a good deal of sticker shock to say the least. Melissa told us of an offer from the pharmaceutical co. that would get the first month for free. As we sat in the parking lot struggling with the web site trying to acquire the coupon, Melissa called from inside the store to let us know she had taken care of it and our prescription was ready and waiting for us! My doctor had also talked to Melissa and commented to us that "we had the nicest pharmacist I've ever talked to". Just one more reason for us to love Publix!
I cannot express how amazing this place is. The customer service at the desk? So caring - every detail taken care or. Interaction? Very professional - you are made to feel important. The website? SOOOO easy to manage. It just worked - I transferred my prescription from a rival (starts with K) with zero effort. The prescription was taken care of and filled. I am SO happy to have found this gem of a pharmacy and great website. Thank you.
