3 names of awesomeness: Von (store mgr.), Courtney, and Yeshi. I know tech and I know customer service so I’m critical, but fair. I visited this location for the first time to get help with my watch. I worked with Courtney initially who was awesome. She even gave me info on her personal experience with the watches and took her own off so that I could get a better feel for it! When she went on break, she told me The mgr. was aware of my situation and there to assist. Von came to me and was just as helpful and nice! A true pleasure to work with. I ended up making an expected purchase (well 2) as gifts!!

Enter Yeshi. Ironically, I visited another location in the mall and a lady working there was also very kind. She later realized I had a Fossil bag and told me she worked there! Yeshi was helpful in that store and also had great tips for Fossil apparel as well.

I told them I would be back. Great people, great spirits, and so helpful! I’d give 6 stars if I could!

I have been purchasing fossil watches and not my first time in the store but today was exceptional!! Got my husband’s watch fixed and even bought him a new one and got it engraved. Vonn the store manager was so pleasant and made me feel amazing and set my day!

Great prices. Plenty of merchandise. Understaffed. Watches come with NO instruction manuals - problem if you purchase a smart watch.
