  Today I went on a lunch date with my friend and a friend and boy did we have the surprise of our lives! We shared the Nacho appetizer and it was to die for! We each had a different entree and my friend did not want to talk the food was so good! What we experienced today was healthy food with out of this world flavor x 10! The only regret that we has was not coming sooner! Thank you Wild Cow, you are my new go to vegan establishment!

  I myself am not fully vegan, but my girlfriend is, so I brought her here as a treat and BOY HOWDY was it! Heck, I think I liked my French dip sandwich way more than any non-vegan ones I’ve ever had! The service was great and kind, and the space is laid back. We even had a bit of a spill and one of the servers, Ash, was super sweet and gracious to us. Definitely hope I find myself there again some day!

  Wild Cow is my favorite restaurant. I live in Portland, OR but luckily I have family in Nashville. When I visit we always make a point to go. I’ve never been disappointed in anything I’ve ordered here. Last time, my mom and I both ordered the beans and greens bowl with tofu. Now we’re each trying to recreate it at home.
  
  Wild Cow, please come out with a cookbook! Or maybe post a few recipes on your website?
  
  The new location is more spacious and comfortable. We love it!

  Lunch was delicious. We got the patty melt with avocado added and the bean with sweet potato tacos. Both meals were tasty. The chick pea salad was very good. We were too full for dessert, but the ones on display looked really good. I will definitely go back to try more menu items. So many looked good it was hard to decide.

  As a vegetarian trying to become vegan, I need more places like this closer to where I live. The food is absolutely delicious. And not even compared to regular meat and cheese. Just delicious period. Paired with a friendly atmosphere and kind staff, this place is a must for vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike!
