(January 31, 2020, 3:52 pm)I love coming to wash my car at your car wash off Gallatin. However, to add some Critique, I feel the vacuums need to be addressed. They hardly have any suction...it's a bit frustrating. One could say, they suck at sucking. Thank you for always being polite and keeping up with the grounds from trash and debris.

(January 2, 2020, 1:59 am)Mister car wash is my go-to car wash because of their many locations and consistent service. You always know what you're gonna get. What you get is a decent enough car wash. My complaints are minor, such as I wish they used more rinse water and dried the car longer, but that's not a big deal. The vacuums are great and have always worked well for me. Some are arranged better than others with longer reach range, just depends on the location.
(February 20, 2019, 4:38 pm)Hate to admit but first time going through a automatic wash, usually i clean by hand but since a concrete truck thought otherwise this was it. The workers was great at helping us out and it was pretty neat going through. They also had free vacuums for paying customers which was nice.
