The person I dealt with was nice and the process was quick and efficient. My only complaint is the state of the car that I rented. It was really dirty. There were bug splatters all over the front of it. On the inside, there was food crumbs in the cup holders and on the seats. There were also shoe prints on the back of the drivers seat. I am not confident that the inside was even cleaned other than a quick vacuum. I took it home and sanitized it myself and took it to the car wash. The inside wind shield had a layer of dirt film on it so we had to clean all the windows too.

Another great experience with our go-to car rental company. We received prompt, courteous service and a no-charge upgrade due to Nissan recall. We could not have been happier with the car or the service. Thanks Mason and everyone at the Henderson agency!

Very convenient, picked me up at the body shop that was fixing my car BUT the driver started to move while I was still getting out of the shuttle van and caused me to fall. The first car I got smelled awful, like smoke and body odor. They did exchange the car the next day but I feel like it shouldn’t have been rented in the first place without them thoroughly cleaning it. Staff inside the renting center were helpful and knowledgeable and fast.

When visiting Nashville I discovered this shop and had a great experience. Staff was very helpful and friendly, selection was one of the best I have ever seen. And without a doubt the prices were the best I have seen in a shop.

Wow amazing prices and some yummy selection

Decent selection of e-cig, CBD (pens, oils, flower, etc.), and other related products. The flower is a lot cheaper than a lot of places around town. The vape prices were not quite as competitive but still decent. Overall a solid option in the East Nashville area.

Stopped by on my way to visit family for Thanksgiving. Glad I did! Great selection, best prices, and knowledgable staff. Good luck and congrats on the store!
