i live in Las Vegas, my mother in law still lives in nashville. about a year ago, her hot water tank went out. i called aroun got like 2-3 estimates, we decided if were were goin to spend money we would use a smaller outfit instead of a corporation run business. steve was several hundred dollars cheaper but he was more personalable and thorough about all charges and the importance of some of the changes. he wasnt aware of me finding other estimates. steve sent someone out(sorry i cant remember the gentlemens name) had it changed in about an hour or so great quality work and i paid what the estimate was. not one hidden fee. so fast forward a year to today 2/7/17 bought momma a new washing machine. they came to deliver, remove old unit and hook up the new unit. they broke the cold water line. what a mess and im 2000 miles away. i told the delivery folks i will handle it with the company i will calling steve to fix it and install it. i called steve in the afternoon and he sent tyler to mommas house in 1 hour. tyler did a tremendous job fixing the break and installing the new unit. the orginal delivery drivers/technicians turned a valve off supplying the house with hot water. i called steve...it was about an hour after tyler left when my mom in law went to use the hot water and noticed nothing. steve sent a different tech out chris and he got mommas water running hot in every sink in the house. i really appreciate the honesty, fair pricing, quality of work, professionalism and the small personal touches they all show when handling situations for me for my mother in law. thank you steve and staff
