(May 14, 2023, 7:48 am)This is a follow up review of service rendered on my BMW 325i. My transmission was rebuilt at 120000 miles and it has 260000 miles on it now with no transmission problems. Thanks for the awesome work.
(September 14, 2022, 11:52 am)I always count on reviews for services that I need. With that being said, these guys took care of me from start to finish. Over exceeded my expectations from a mechanic shop. Honest and very fair priced. I won't go to anyone else from now on, period!
(August 22, 2022, 7:27 pm)I've now taken two vehicles here for transmissions, 94 Bronco, 2011 Jeep Liberty. Let me tell you, these guys do good, honest work and have very affordable pricing. If you need your transmission to just work and work right, take it to Dean, he won't let you down.
(February 24, 2022, 3:46 pm)Well, so far been a great help. Dean, busy as he can be stopped and talked with me . I explained my issue best I could and he quickly gave me the run down. He gave me some quick suggestions to further my own self diagnosis. I did what he told me to do and my problem might not be as bad as I thought. So when I do get ready to get it fixed I'm going to bring it to him.
My impression is Dean's for real.
One thing. His shop is behind Larry's Auto repair on left Of building. Down short drive , first two bays.
(June 16, 2021, 3:32 pm)While visiting Nashville from out of town my transmission went out. Needing quick and timely service – I contacted Marty at the Transmission Store and he was able to get me towed and repaired in short order. After the repair was complete, I drove to Florida. While hundreds of miles away from Nashville and not likely to return, I had an issue with the transmission. Marty answered everyone of my phone calls and worked with the dealership to fix the issue and honor the warranty I got with the initial repair. Sometimes things happen - and things don’t go as planned. Having the integrity to fall through and make it right is what’s most important. I was impressed how they stood behind their work and followed through to get my issues resolved. I highly recommend them and would use them again.
