(December 25, 2021, 11:03 am)I felt that my possessions were secure inside the storage unit that I was renting. The hours of operation are convenient for being able to move things in and out throughout the day. The only item worth considering is that when you move out early, you don’t get any money credited back to you. Other storage units do credit back your money, which is appreciated by those of us who are using the storage unit temporarily in between moves.

(September 2, 2021, 3:12 pm)Ray made the whole process easier and more simple than I expected. He was kind and pleasant to talk to. He answered my questions honestly (the first month price will probably go up a bit next month), showed me the storage unit himself, and even kept an eye on my unattended truck while I was moving stuff in. I needed another box and he taped it up without making me buy another whole roll of tape. Thanks, Ray! You rock!
(August 7, 2021, 10:54 am)Ray was friendly and helpful from the start in getting me set up with a storage unit and providing all the information I needed. I had an A+ experience storing my things in this location for a few months. I really appreciate the security and CLEANLINESS of the building!!! Made me feel comfortable leaving my meaningful items here. Would definitely store with CubeSmart on Gallatin again!
