“Those who complain are not seeing the Doctor on a regular basis. They prefer to call and have a subscription filled. Many don't understand the Doctor is responsible for their patient and if you have Diabetes you need blood work or consultation. All phone calls are returned. Call or visit with a good attitude you will be respected and treated accordingly. Working with your Doctor is a two way street. Mutual respect is paramount and those who complain probably have problems with other care providers. We have an experience Doctor working in the practice and we understand many don't like changes. But progress means changes and its for the betterment of all our patients. Respectfully.”
