The Hillson

The Hillson is the place to be! Lindsey and Josie are amazing and so helpful! They throw some great parties too! From maintenance to construction workers to residents everyone is so friendly! If you haven’t checked out The Hillson I highly encourage you do and do it now! It’s the place to live in Nashville and is a fantastic community! Come be our neighbor before they are all rented out!

From the moment we step foot inside the Hillson, we knew this place was home. Living at The Hillson is truly a retreat from any other apartment complex. It has so many great amenities including a beautiful gym with on demand fitness classes , a saltwater pool, and soon to be pet park. For those who work from home, or a student (such as myself), amenities also includes a comfortable and peaceful workspace area where you can get assignments done at home away from home.

What sets The Hillson apart from any other apartment living we looked at is their leasing staff. Lindsey and Josie are constantly going above and beyond our expectations making the transition into our new home easy. Full of love and energy. They host so many monthly events to get the community involved. It’s a great way to be social and meet your neighbors.

We looked at a lot of apartments before making our decision and by far The Hillson is the place to be.

Josie and Lindsey are fabulous. They have made my move in smooth as can be and were especially attentive too all of my needs. They take care of everything efficiently and their services are nothing but the best. Property is gorgeous. Five stars all around! Tens across the board! Thank you lovely ladies.

I am not the person to leave reviews on apartment complexes but after my experience, I want to give a shout-out to this company and their leasing staff. I weeks days searching for apartments with nice upgrades, great fitness center, outdoor pool and spacious floor plans. This complex was just that. The final decision was based off their great reviews! Due to personal circumstances, my partner and I were unable to move forward with the application process. The entire leasing staff and the corporate team were very attentive and responsive with all of my questions and concerns throughout the process. It is very common to feel that these apartment complexes are just looking to get your money and have you move in but that was not the case. They kept me updated when their were potentially others looking to lease the units I was interested in so I could apply in time to reserve the unit I wanted! In the end, they said that “ We hope you find your home and best of luck to you”. They returned all of my calls within 10 minutes. Great customer service!

I would highly recommend this complex to anyone who is looking for a friendly, responsive, safe and beautiful place to call home. I am sad that it did not work out for us in the long run to end up signing here but I hope this review helps someone who is unsure, feel extremely confident 😃

If you're looking for a property where you feel welcomed, has incredible amenities, and welcoming residents, Hillson is your place. The monthly events that are organized every month are so much fun. It allows for all the residents to get to know one another. Josie, Lindsey, and Peyton are amazing. They are very hands on and are the dream team. As an expecting mother safety was one of our priorities. Hillson provides security and a peace of mind knowing that there is constant monitoring and someone always on site. I would recommend the Hillson to everyone.
