Very cool location #1 right on the lake. Bar food done well we had 2 burgers, wings, and fish and chips. Live music almost all day but unfortunately they lost power inside so after we got our meals which luckily got done just before the outage they had to empty the restaurant due to fire Marshall requirements. Overall a good on the water place kinda more bar scene but still doable.
We always have a fun time visiting here love being on the water! Great food and drink selection. Casual and relaxed. They sometimes have a band which is always good too. Very fair prices!
Seeing some less than desirable reviews, but we have never had an issue here. Laid back atmosphere like you would expect from a lakeside place. If one is expecting Johnny on the spot quick footed service then the city is only 20 minutes down the road. Otherwise, show up in flip flops and chill out. No rush and no hurry atmosphere.
I got the bushwacker with banana rum as a topper, and it was delicious. There was a bloody Mary contest the day I went, and those were pretty good. The bucket was also solid. The loaded fries were pretty good. The fried pickles were decent but definitely a lot better elsewhere. The vibe is also fun.
Nice restaurant set right on the water in a private marina with inside and outside seating. Went at lunch and it wasn't busy at all. Staff was really friendly and answered questions. Unfortunately they were out of wings today, but my coworker and I ended up with the Pork Bell Grilled cheese and the Chicken Tenders.
Grilled cheese was awesome, cooked well, super cheesy, and very buttery. Tots were good, but I'll ask for mine extra crispy next time.
Coworked said tenders were good, though he really wanted the wings. Slaw was good as well, if not a bit heavy on black pepper.
Wouldn't hesitate to come back again.
