Eva is a joy to work with. She is a knowledgeable instructor who wants me to be pain free as much I do! She did a thorough evaluation during our first session, and has tailored every workout after that to target my problem areas, explaining everything as we go. She does an excellent job of varying my sessions by using all the Pilates equipment in her sunroom - I never get bored! I was hesitant to try Pilates, but I am so glad I did. My whole body feels and moves better.

I have really been enjoying my exercise sessions with Eva. After every single one, I feel better: more energized, more relaxed, more balanced and stronger! I have taken a variety of classes with her, from classical Pilates to variants that target different aspects - strength, functional mobility, mindful movement, balance - or different muscle systems - core, back and shoulders, etc., and all have been greatly beneficial. Eva never fails to take into account where we are on our fitness journey and what our needs are, and offers suggestions to adjust exercises according to our personal limitations or goals. Working out with her has made me more aware of ways to keep my body in shape and protect it from injury in my daily activities. More than all that, the virtual group classes have been a life saver in these pandemic times and have made me feel part of a supportive community.

I love Eva and this pilates studio! I have been working with Eva for a few years - I chose Sunroom Pilates for the one-on-one instruction due to back and knee injuries that made me hesitant to start with group classes. I'm in my early 40's and have never been an athletic person - I either get bored or I don't feel like I know to work out. I don't have either of these issues with pilates! There's an endless amount of variation and Eva is excellent at finding the edge of your ability no matter where you are in your personal fitness journey. Her positive attitude, beautiful studio, and personal attention will motivate you and help you become a better version of yourself.

Eva is a wonderful teacher. She is inspiring and never stops encouraging us to feel better. She instills our acceptance of different levels of flexibility and ability, even just depending on the day.
Group classes have a community feel to them and the occasional social get-togethers on Zoom are wonderful during this time of separation.
I have noticed a lot of benefits from taking Eva's classes which I started at the beginning of Covid - both physically and mentally.

Eva is amazing! I sit at a computer for long periods of time, and have had neck pain and tension headaches for years despite many ergonomic adjustments to my workspace. After the first 1 - 1 virtual session, my neck felt flexible and relaxed, and my hands and wrists were no longer sore. Three weeks later and I feel great! I was hesitant about the online format, but Eva taylors each session to my needs that week, and pays close attention to form and corrects where necessary, and her stretches and "fixes" are great for staying pain-free in between sessions. Highly recommended!
