(September 1, 2020, 5:51 pm)Overall convenient apartment complex with a fair price. Quite and well kept. You can tell there trying to “get it right” yards are well maintained, pool is clean, and trash is picked up and work orders are completely on time!

Just one thing, PLEASE clean the stairs and steps! Trash, cigarettes, and stains and spider webs! It’s so beautiful here and then you get home and up close and see all that! Just a quick pressure washer would fix it ! Look into it !

I had a terrible experience with the other property (The views on Cumberland) and their management but Alex made it his business to make things right by offering me to come to Hillwood and honestly was the best decision. Their apartment are fully renovated will kept up. Maintenance are on time and are very professional. Keep up the good work ✨
