Town and Country Ford of Nashville

My car wouldn’t start and the message error from the car read contact dealer for start fault malfunction and keys not programmed. 3 1/2 weeks later, the problem was found and we received a bill over $2k.
Jason was wonderful. His customer service was a 10. It was the process for diagnostics which they could not stop after he told me it was going to be longer than 3 hours and then the repair.
The car is my sons’, whose in a wheelchair, so it has hand control modifications, and had to be fixed.
If I could get 35% of my money back, I would give the experience a 10 and feel everything was fair.

The ac was out in my Ford Flex. I dropped it off after business hours and the next day I got a phone call telling me what the issue was and how long it would take. Cory and his team got it fixed when they said it would get fixed and communicated the whole time. Great customer service. Now the Ac is working great and everything was put back together properly. Great job!

Absolutely the best possible experience I could have imagined. I was on a roadtrip from Dallas to Philadelphia and had a hub failure. When all the other area dealers told me it would take 1-2 weeks before they could even look at it, Cory at Town and Country Ford got me in that same day and had it repaired the next. Just incredible. I'm so thankful for the entire team at the dealership who made me feel like a priority and showed great kindness and compassion. Highly recommended.

This is the friendliest staff I have ever encountered at 7:30 am! A screw somewhere along the road found it’s way into my tire. I was on a road trip but the service department treated me as if I were at home. They got me back on the road quickly and seemed genuinely happy to help. If this isn’t bonus material, at lease throw these guys a pizza party! P.s. The coffee machine was awesome!!

My experience with Town and Country was excellent. Jaime Lyons is a great salesman, besides being a really good guy. He knows his Fords. I never felt any pressure.
I ordered my Escape Hybrid, so I had to wait for delivery. Jaimie always answered my texts and questions promptly. I felt well taken care of.
