My grandpa "Squirrly" Carter worked here for Hank Snow for 26 years!!!
Loved learning the history of Hank Snow's home. Glad to know they kept it in the family. All the musicians who came by in the day who jammed, including Elvis who played the piano there. I played a chord on that same piano! ? Was given a private tour of the house, and what each room originally was before he added on. Had a private tour of Hank's tour bus, and shown the barn where his horse Shawnee lived. Jimmy Snow, Hank's son was there and told stories about growing up in the house.
Close to all tourist hot spots but ticked away, quiet and peaceful. Lovely place, couldn't have been more pleased with our choice of vacation homes.
